Please kindly note, pre-orders and regular orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

EXCHANGES

Due to our quick turnaround on inventory, we cannot offer exchanges on items. You may wait for your credit to repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. However, we recommend purchasing the correct size/style immediately (if available) and using your return store credit for another item.

SEZZLE ACCOUNT INFO

All orders placed using Sezzle will be issued store credit for any items needing to be returned or exchanged. We will NOT refund a Sezzle account. 

REFUND POLICY

Absolutely no team/group orders or customized items are eligible for returns or store credit. Return items MUST be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. In-store credit will be issued and acknowledgement will be sent to your email within 7-10 business days after receiving your return. You will then use the store credit at checkout of your next purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached (if applicable). Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE merchandise, jewelry and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) to you is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

 

Personalized and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless an error in personalization was made by American Hero Clothing, in which case we will reimburse customer's shipping cost for the return, and provide customer with a replacement of the product, exactly as originally ordered.

Please check all personalization carefully prior to submitting your order; personalization will appear exactly as you have entered it, including any capitalization and punctuation. American Hero Clothing cannot offer returns or exchanges on personalized products due to typos or other customer input errors.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 48 hours, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to michelle@shopamericanhero.com
  • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
  • Include the order # and product name of the item.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time for screen printed clothing does not begin until the entire order closes. Please plan on 4-6 weeks from the time the order closes until the time you receive your shirt. Rhinestone clothing should be expected within 6-8 weeks, however, during peak business seasons this time may be extended. Please contact us BEFORE you order if you are concerned.

Discounts and Price Adjustments

Our retail prices are non-negotiable. We frequently offer special discounts via our Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter as well as our newsletter; please like us on Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter to receive all the latest updates regarding any special promotions! We are unable to offer discounts on an individual basis in order to keep our pricing fair for all of our valued customers and retailers.

Bulk pricing and group discounts are available for orders of 12 or more of the same rhinestone design; please contact us for more information.

Due to the unique custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer price adjustments or apply discount codes after an order has been placed. Please be sure to enter any discount codes at the time of your order.
Shipping & Delivery

American Hero Clothing ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories and all international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you supplied during the ordering process. Please be sure that this address is accurate. American Hero Clothing is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the US Postal Service and are beyond our control. The Postal Service only guarantees a specific delivery date when Express Mail is selected; other shipping methods provide an estimated delivery date but are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It is your responsibility to pay any tariffs and import fees.

Sales Tax

American Hero Clothing charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
